Description

If you are interested in receiving the RFP you must send your request by e-mail. All requests must be received by 0900 Sunday September 24, 2006. All proposals must be provided by 1400 Monday September 25, 2006. This requirement is for a Human Rig hts Initiative (HRI) Secretariat. The contractor shall provide support of the Human Rights (HR), Program and the awareness, development, and expansion of such programs for military and security forces in the United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), Ar ea of Responsibility (AOR). The HRI Secretariat services will be performed as defined in the work statement at the offices of the contractor and at a location designated and approved by the HR Division at USSOUTHCOM throughout USSOUTHCOM AOR. The contrac tor shall perform to the standards and specifications set-forth in the RFP. The approved location site will be Costa Rica.
