Description: This is a notice of intent to negotitate a contract on a sole source basis with DHS Systems for maintenance of DRASH equipment. Interested parties may identify interest and capability by submitting competitive proposals within 2 days of publication of this notice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 2 days after date of publication of the synopsis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement.
