Description

This is a Notice of Intent to Award for commercial services a sole source contract to AAAS 1200 New York Avenue, Washington, DC 20005, for electronic access via the internet for Library Services for use by all USDA employees and authorized public on-site users. All USDA locations worldwide, USDA employees and contractors, cooperators and volunteers performing the work on behalf of USDA and acting within the scope of their relationship with USDA are considered authorized users of the databases. The access is for ordinary business, scholarly and educational purposes of the Government, and for personal use, consistent with the Fair Use provision of the United States and international copyright laws. American Association for the Advancement of Science ? base year with 3 option years (full text access to Science Online) Responses are to be received within 5 days of this notice.
