- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of Pharmacist Services for the inmate population at the Federal Correctional Institution Sheridan, located in Sheridan, Oregon. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The award will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous quote to the Government based on price related factors only. The contract shall consist of a 12-month base year and four 12 month option years. The estimated quantities are as follows: Base Year - 1500 sessions; Option Year 1 - 1500 sessions; Option Year 2 - 1500 sessions; Option Year 3 - 1500 sessions; Option Year 4 - 1500 sessions. A session is equivalent to 1 hour in duration. The solicitation will be available on or about October 11, 2006 and will be distributed solely through Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about November 2, 2006. The solicitation will be set-aside for 100% small business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 621399. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote, which will be considered.
