Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-07-Q-0026 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-09. (iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside under NAICS code 811310 and small business size standard $6.5 Million. (v) The contractor shall provide the following items: Provide equipment service and repair for Davis-Monthan Fitness Centers. Performance will take place at Haeffner Fitness Center at 3286 6th St. Building 2505, Davis Monthan AFB, AZ, 85707 and New Fitness Center at 5200 Ironwood St. Building 2301, Davis Monthan AFB, AZ, 85707. All parties interested please contact A1C Nicholas Gava at 520-228-2217 or at nicholas.gava@dm.af.mil for a copy of the statement of work and fitness centers inventory.Clause 52.232-18, Availability fo Funds applies. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government?s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies. Quotes will be evaluated on price. (x) Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at, 52.204-8, Annual Representations and Certifications and submit with its offer. (xi) Clause 52.204-9, Personal Identity Verification of Contractor Personnel ? contractor shall comply with agency personal identity verification procedures identified in the contract that implement Homeland Security Presidential Directive-12 (HSPD-12), Office of Management and Budget (OMB) guidance M-05-24, and Federal Information Processing Standards Publication (FIPS PUB) Number 201.
