Description

The Northern Region Contracting Center-Leavenworth, Fort Leavenworth, KS intends to award a sole-source order to C4i Consultants Inc for MILSIM Software and Support. This software and support is for the Digital Leader Development Center (DLDC). The contractor shall provide a C4I interface and software enhancements permitting the use of proprietary MILSIM software on all systems of the Command and General Staff Colleg es campuses to include system administration, interface/reporting systems, and integration with college curriculum for a period of one year from contract award. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) code is 7030; the NAICS code is 611420. Purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures under Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to co mpete this requirement based on responses to this order is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Offerors responding to this notice must provide a statement of capability by email to curt.cummins@leavenworth.army.mil not later than 2:00PM CDT on 28 September 2006.
