- The work consists of furnishing all plant, materials (except materials specified to be furnished by the Government), equipment, supplies, labor, transportation, fuel, power and water, and performing all work as required in casting squares of articula ted concrete mattress at Delta, Louisiana, and in the quantity of 90,000, in strict accordance with the specifications, schedules and drawings, all of which will be a part of the solicitation, and including such detail drawings as may be furnished by the Contracting Officer during the prosecution of the work. The estimated value of the proposed work is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. Specifications will be available on the Federal Technical Data Solutions (FEDTEDS) Web Page at http://www.fedteds .gov/. Compact discs and hardcopies will not be available. Bidders should check the FEDTEDS Web Page often for new solicitations and/or changes (AMENDMENTS) to existing ones. Issue date on or about 20 Oct 06. Bid opening date on or about 21 Nov 06.
