- NAICS Code: 334516 US Environmental Protection Agency intends to acquire on a non-competitive basis a GC/MS System for volatile organic analysis. THIS PROCUREMENT IS BEING CONDUCTED UNDER SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES (SAP) FAR 13. AWARD WILL BE BASED ON FIRM FIXED-PRICE. The EPA intends to acquire the system from Agilent Technologies, 2850 Centerville Road, Wilmington, DE 19808-1610. Award date is anticipated on or near September 27, 2006. No request for quotation is available. This is NOT a Small Business Set-Aside. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. The determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is based upon the newly-acquired systems which must be compatible with existing systems utilized at the EPA laboratory. Oral communications would not be honored in response to this notice.
