- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is being conducted with commercial procedures as outlined at FAR 12. This is a simplified acquisition. Anticipated award less than $100,000.00. Solicitation number H92240-06-T- 0014 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) The resulting contract will be service contract. Contract period is October 1, 2006 thru September 20, 2007. Note #1 applies. SIC: 3732 NAICS Code: 333618 with a size standard of NTE 1000 employees F.O.B.Destination. All responsible business may submit a quote that shall be considered. Due to equipment pick up delivery requirements, only vendors within the local San Diego, Ca area will be considered for award. Synopsis closing date is: 28 Sep 2006. Closing time is 1:30PM Pacific Standard Time. All quotes must be received by at the Contracting office by the closing date and time to ensure contract is awarded on time. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation ?Commercial Items (1999) award will be made based on technical capability, past performance, and price. These evaluation factors have equal importance. For past performance evaluation, provide at least three (3) references of sources for whom you have provided the specified materials and/or service(s). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-11. All potential offerors must be Central Contractor Registered (CCR). DESCRIPTION: Vendor to provide repair parts and maintenance for the F470 CRRC and the full line of Zodiac military craft. Pick up and delivery door to door. Primary staging area for pick up is Naval Base Coronado Bldg 615. Genuine Zodiac parts only 24 hour emergency service A Zodiac L.T.I (limited technical inspection) repair estimate which would include all valve series prior to inflation, a leak test and a written estimate given. If repair is conducted the price of the L.T.I would be deducted from the total charge. Conduct training classes and certification from Zodiac North America.
