Description: The USDA, Agricultural Research Service in Albany, California has a requirement for continued mapping and sequencing of Campylobacter coli and E. coli on an existing comparative genomic resequencing project that involves mutant mapping and isothermal sequencing. The Government intends to negotiate with the only known responsible source that performed the initial mapping and sequencing, NimbleGen Systems Inc, in continuing this follow-on research project.
