F2VT246254A200 It is the intent of this agency to award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Contractor will provide maintenance on the following: Line Item 0001: Fazzt Enterprise Server - quantity (2), Line Item 0002: Fazzt Power Publisher ? quantity (2) Line Item 0003: Fazzt Enterprise Client ? quantity (2) Fazzt is the exclusive content delivery software used in the Global Broadcast System (GBS) system and KenCast, Inc is the sole authorized vendor and maintenance contract provider for the Fazzt software. There are no other sources with the necessary manufacturer?s licenses and authorization to provide the required maintenance support. JCSE requires the purchase of the Fazzit software suite is integrated into the GBS and is the content delivery software enabling the accurate transmission of large digital files and live streams over satellite, wireless, and terrestrial networks directly to authorized computers and handheld devices. It has built in flow control sequences and security authentication capability. The GBS system uses the Fazzt software suit exclusively and as such is required by the JCSE GBS TIP to integrate with the system. Failure to maintain the Fazzt software will result in mission failure of the JCSE GBS TIP. This agency intends to award to KenCast, Inc, 290 Harbor Drive, Stamford, CT 06902-8703
