- The Defense Logistics Agency will host a Site Visit and Pre-Proposal Conference for Solicitation SP0700-06-R-7017 at the Defense Distribution Depot, Richmond, VA on Sunday and Monday, October 22-23, 2006. The site visit is scheduled for Sunday, October 22, 2006, commencing at 8:30 a.m. local time; registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. local time. The site visit is in conjunction with the pre-proposal conference and complements data contained in Section C. To arrange attendance at the site visit, e-mail Ms. Kathy Manley at defense.depots@dla.mil. Registration is limited to no more than four representatives per company. The cut-off for registration is COB Wednesday, October 18, 2006. The pre-proposal conference is scheduled for Monday, October 23, 2006, commencing at 8:30 a.m. local time; registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. local time. The pre-proposal conference will be held to explain the requirements of this solicitation number (SP0700-06-R-7017) and to respond to questions raised by prospective offerors. Prospective offerors are encouraged to attend. To arrange attendance at the pre-proposal conference, e-mail Ms. Kathy Manley at defense.depots@dla.mil. Registration is limited to no more than four representatives per company. The cut-off for registration is COB Wednesday, October 18, 2006. In order to promote an informative and successful site visit and pre-proposal conference, only those having confirmed reservations on or before October 18, 2006 will be permitted. Please include attendee name(s), company, address, and telephone number. Confirmation will be by return e-mail. Please note that only a maximum of four attendees will be accepted.
