Description

In accordance with FAR 6.302, the Federal Law Enforcement Center (FLETC) at Glynco GA intends to award, a sole source requirement, to Certeon, Inc for the following items: Four (4) each Certeon S-Series S-2000 accelerators. Multiple awards are not being sought; the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Any firm that believes it can meet the requirements of this Notice must provide written notification to the Contracting Officer by Friday September 29, 2006 at 2:00 E.S.T. A firm submitting information must provide supporting evidence in sufficient detail to demonstrate the capability of the firm/product to provide the item(s) required. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Companies must email their companys capabilities information to the attention of Ms Cynthia Bartosh no later than 4:00 PM EDST, 29 September 2006 at Cynthia.bartosh@dhs.gov or via facsimile to (912) 280-5343. Only Email or facsimile responses will be accepted.
