- Scope of Work: Aviation Survival Shop requires a compressor with the following characteristics: AirCharge compressor and package to include the following: Three stage, air-cooled compressor (8.6 CFM) @ 5000 psi) 7.5 Horsepower electric motor (220V/60Hz/ 3 phase) Magnetic starter, Stainless steel gauge panel with hour meter, High air temperature switch, Start/stop air pressure switch, Emergency stop button, Purification system (processes 24,000 CF with an 80 Deg. F inlet), CO/Moisture indicator kit, Automatic condensate drain with muffler reservoir, Enclosed, insulated, vertical cabinet, Removable front door, Removable, hinged access door on left side, 5 ft. Fill Hose ? SCUBA, Standard electric CO monitor system with shutdown mounted on compressor, must be mounted on compressor with no more than 30 inches in depth, Compressor must be able to produce 3500 psi breathing air to fill/service SCUBA tanks, life raft bottles, USCG SEAS-1 (Spare Air Emergency System). Electrical requirements: 3-phase 220 VAC. Compressor needs to be delivered, assembled, and installed (mounted and electrical). Contractor shall provide on-site start-up and training to personnel on use and maintenance of equipment.
