Description

Provide preventive maintenance, repair and emergency maintenance of the Fike IntellaScan II panel and components, four (4) FM 200 systems, and a pre-action sprinkler system located within the VA Hines Information Technology Center (ITC), Building 215, Fifth Avenue & Roosevelt Road, Hines, IL 60141. Anticipated period of performance is November 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods, at the Government?s discretion. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract under NACIS 561621, size standard $11.5 Million. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Anticipated award effective date is November 1, 2006. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about September 27, 2006.
