- Description
-   The Kansas City VAMC has an urgent requirement for one Certified Dental Hygienist to provide services at the Kansas City VAMC, 4801 Linwood Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64128 for a period of approximately 120 calendar days. Services are required immediately; however, finalized start date to be determined based upon candidate availability and award effective date. The contracted hygienist shall provide services which shall include, but not limited to, all phases of restorative, prosthodontic, surgical, endodontic and periodontal treatment according to standard, usual and acceptable or customary methods and techniques. Anticipated date of solicitation release is September 28, 2006. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Prior to submission of a quote, offerors are expected to read the solicitation documentation in entirety to fully understand the scope of work, terms, and conditions of the requirement. Questions from potential offerors are encouraged to resolve any ambiguities; inquiries shall be in writing and addressed to Loyd D.
