No other solicitation or announcement will be made. This RFQ is issued under simplified acquisition procedures using the authority of FAR 13.5. SET ASIDE: 100% small business set-aside. All small businesses are encouraged to participate in this procurement. The size standard for this effort is 500 employees. NAICS: 423410 FSC: 6640 DELIVERY: FOB Destination. The attached RFQ shows a preliminary delivery date of no later than "15 November 2006." Please provide your payment terms and any discounts you are offering.
