- The government (88 CONS/PKBB) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii). The proposed source is Demoulin Borthers & Co, Greenville, Ill. The NAICS code is 315211 and the size standard is 500. The item(s) being procured are Ceremonial Band Uniforms for the Band of Flight stationed at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. Due to the requirements approved by the Air Force Uniform Board and the CSAF, this will ensure uniformity throuhout the Air Force Band Squadrons. This notice is being published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotations received before, the time and date listed below, the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
