- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESSES. NAICS: 332311 SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: 500 The purchase of 40 ft X 40 ft METAL STORAGE FACILITIES WITH 12 foot EAVES, AND 4/EA 10 foot ROLL UP DOORS, TOTAL QTY BUILDINGS: 4. No gutters and downspouts, no insulation in roof and walls, no floors, no additional doors, no windows. Includes erection and installation with anchoring system to asphalt surface. 29 Gauge Grand Rib walls and roof panels. 3/12 roof slop ? 12 foot eave and 18 foot center. Four 10' x 10' doors in each building; two on each end creating two drive throughs (5 feet in, 10 ft in-between). Colors: Government standard beige and dark brown. Contractor's Responsibilities - 1. Delivery within the terms of the contract. 2. Coordinate delivery date and time with the 5 CCG/FM, 478-926-6566, between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00pm, M - F, excluding holidays. 3. Set up, assemble and install all buildings procured 4. Remove, dispose of all packaging materials and trash from #3. 5. Contractor will notify 5 CCG FM 478-926-6566, when installation is complete. Government Responsibilities - 1. Provide reasonable dates and times for deliveries. 2. Provide open spaces for set up and assembly. 3. Remove all 10' x 20' storage building from installation areas. Prices should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). Request delivery date is ASAP.
