- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The purchase request number is F3M0FM6248A200 and the solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) (iii) This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Fac 2005-12, Effective 04 Aug 2006. (iv) This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 332215, and the small business size standard is 500 employees. (v) This requirement consists of one Line Item: 0001 CASES AND GRAPHICS PANEL, Quantity: 8 (vi) Description: STATEMENT OF WORK WILL BE ATTACHED IN AMENDMENT. (vii) Period of Performance is 15 October 2006 to 31 December 2006. FOB shall be destination, and shipping should be included in the unit price.
