- This award will be made for the purchase of one laser upgrade to include the following: 150 watts sealed co2 laser, 200 volt-240 volt single phase power supply, heat exchanger for laser, laser mounting plate, wiring harness. This procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 6.302-1(2)(ii), for Other than full and open competition in the case of a follow on contract and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to 164 Airlift Wing Attn: Carl Stevenson, 2815 Democrat Road, Memphis, TN 3 8118 or sent by email to carl.stevenson@tnmemp.ang.af.mil . Telephone requests or inquiries will not accepted. Responses to this notice shall be received no later than 11:00 AM Central Daylight Time (CST), Friday 29 September 2006. A determination no to c ompete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurement.
