Production Lead-time is 30 each due 177 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This ite m is restricted to Insulation Sources Inc., Cage Code OEXL9, because the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequa te, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
