- This project will consists of providing all labor, materials, supplies, equipment and services as necessary for a Full Service Elevator Maintenance Agreement at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Waterfield Building, and 803 Front Street, Norfolk, Vir ginia. The work shall consist of performance and documentation, call-back service, supplies, materials, replacement parts and equipment, routine inspections, preventative maintenance, monthly maintenance, quarterly maintenance, semi annual maintenance, ann ual maintenance, scheduling and reporting, quality control program and special contract requirement. The magnitude of this requirement is estimated to be between $10,000.00 - $25,000.00. The receipt date for bids is 27 Oct 2006. THIS IS NOT A SMALL BUSIN ESS SET-ASIDE PROCUREMENT. NAICS CODE 238290 applies to this procurement.
