- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, Wilmington Contracting Office is soliciting offers under Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. W912HN-06-T-0111 for the procurement and delivery of one (1) modular office building at the Morehead City Fi eld Office located on the State Port Facility at Calico Creek in North Carolina in accordance with the scope of work provided in the solicitation. This action will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and awarded und er FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. RFQ No. W912HN-06-T-0111 will be available on or about 5 October 2006. Solicitation documents and specifications will only be available via the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDs) system webpage at https://www.fedteds.gov. Interested parties must register as a Vendor with FedTeDs before accessing the system. In order to register as a Vendor in FedTeDs, offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system (http://www.ccr. gov). Interested offerors can access the data for this solicitation through the hyperlink established in the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) system (http://www.fedbizopps.gov) announcement, which will redirect to the solicitation-specific data in FedTeDs. Registration for updates to specifications should be made on the FedBizOpps webpage for this solicitation. The FedTeDs system does not allow for offerors to perform a search for solicitation data. All searches can be performed through the F edBizOpps system. Offers will be due on 23 October 2006 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time and can be faxed to 910-251-4116, ATTN: Jenifer M. Bordelon. Offerors are responsible for printing paper copies of the solicitation. Hard copies will not be avai lable. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code is 321991 with a size standard of 500 employees. No other notification to firms for this project will be made. All contractors must be registered in the DODs Central Contract Regi ster (CCR) before award as required by DFARS 204.7300.
