- The Bureau of Land Management has a requirement to lease approximately 23,000 rentable square feet of office, 8,700 rentable sf of warehouse space, 50,600 sf of secured wareyard along with 93 employee parking spaces and 22 visitor parking spaces (which includes 4 RV spaces) in Grand Junction, Colorado. The space/site must be located within the following boundaries of Grand Junction: North- I Road; South- Patterson Road; East- 29th Road; West- 23rd Road. In the event offers are received for locations outside the delineated area, the Government, in its award determination, will consider this as an award factor. The lease term will be 20 years, 15 years firm term. The space offered must meet ABAAS guidelines and Fire Safety Standards and must not be located in the 100-year flood zone.
