This is the US Fish and Wildlife Service Notice of Intent to issue a single source award to JoyMar of Kalama, WA for approximately 4 months to help implement the Most Efficient Operation for Support Staff at the US Fish and Wildlife Service Regional Office. This individual will draft Standard Operating Procedures, draft customer service survey documents, draft job descriptions, draft cross training and day-to-day operational guidelines to insure proper execution of the newly revised support staffing operations within the Regional Office located in Porland, Oregon.
