- This is a notification of a Pre-Solicitation Conference for GSA's Infrastructure Technology Global Operations (GITGO) acquisition. The conference will be held on Thursday October 5, 2006, from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM in the Grand Ballroom of the Crystal Gateway Marriott, 1700 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, VA 22202. The purpose of the GITGO Pre-Solicitation conference is to: Conduct a brief overview of the GITGO Acquisition Conduct a question/answer session on the draft solicitation for the GITGO Acquisition Initiative Provide a forum for contractors to network with each other and potential subcontractors. Although on-site registration will also be available from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM on Thursday October 5, 2006, interested parties are strongly encouraged to pre-register for the conference. GSA is in the process of setting up a conference web page at www.gsa.gov/gitgo, which will facilitate on-line registration. GSA anticipates the conference web page will be active by 5:00 PM PDT on Thursday September 28, 2006. Time slots available first come-first serve) The GITGO acquisition will be set-aside under GSA's 8(a) STARS Government-Wide Acquisition Contract, Functional Area 3. Attached is a DRAFT solicitation.
