Description

This solicitation is a formal request for proposal (RFP) for a requirements type corporate contract for the procurement of multiple sole source part-numbered items manufactured by Transtechnology Breeze Eastern CAGE 08484. The resulting contract will be for a three-year base period with one two-year option period. The NSNs, part numbers and estimated annual demand quantities are available upon request. DSCR does not have competitive data packages for these items. Alternate offerors must submit a complete technical data package for each NSN, to be considered for award. Any items included in the solicitation that are later determined to be competitive will be removed from the solicitation prior to award. Supplies to be furnished under the resulting contract will be procured by issuance of a delivery order. Additional sole source items may be added to the resulting contract by modification after award. The anticipated solicitation issue date is March 3, 2005. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date specified in the RFP. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF.) Paper copies of the solicitation will not be available or provided to vendors. See Numbered Note 22.
