- Description
- REQUIREMENT: The United States Government is seeking expressions of interest from potential sources for office space in Jacksonville, Florida. The US Government’s existing lease in Jacksonville, FL is expiring and the Government is considering if it would be economically advantageous to relocate. The Government is interested in leasing approximately 17,000 rsf of office and related space in the City of Jacksonville, Florida. PLEASE NOTE: In addition to rental costs, consideration factors include all tenant improvement costs, moving costs, telecommunications costs, and agency special requirements when deciding if it is economically advantageous to relocate. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The lease term will be ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Occupancy is desired no later than December 1, 2006. Deviations from these terms will not be considered.
