Description

There are two incumbents for this requirement. Purchase order HU0001-06-M-V605 in the amount of $29,606.09 with Dry Ice Corporation is for the delivery of dry ice blocks and pellets to USUHS and the Stanley Foundation. Purchase order HU0001-05-M-V494 in the amount of $3,268.80 with Airgas East is for the delivery of dry ice pellets to AFRRI. Reminder-The resultant order from this RFQ will be a single award FFP purchase order. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (06-SEP-2006).
