- The incumbent will serve as an advisor to the U.S. Ambassador on all matters related to the MCC program in Ukraine, and in this capacity s/he will coordinate with and represent the interest of USAID as well as other USG agenciesactively involved with the Threshold program in Ukraine. The Advisor will provide policy-level, technical and management assistance to USAID and other USG agencies at post, the Governmnet of Ukraine, and private sector and NGO contacts. The Advisor will manage and evaluate Ukraine's Threshold Program, and support other anti-corruption activities as required.
