- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Net-Centric Services Branch, Hardware/Software Section (DITCO/PL8231), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source contract to Cyber Operations, 153 Cahaba Valley Parkway, Pelham, AL 35124. This acquisition is for the renewal of software maintenance support for the Cyber Operations Filter List Manager Anti Network Terrorism (FLM-ANT) tool for DISA. This maintenance must be purchased through the manufacturer. No third party maintenance is authorized. Period of performance is 30 Sep 2006 through 30 Sep 2007. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Companies who can provide the above listed software support renewal must request a copy of the RFQ not later than COB 11 Sep 06 via the following address: maria.meyer@disa.mil. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quote that will be considered. The NAICS code is 541519 for this procurement.*****
