Description: The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, testing, and supervision required to inspect, service, test, repair, and maintain elevators and wheelchair lifts in Buildings 11, 20, 43, and 306 at the Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC), Columbus, OH. Most elevators were manufactured by Montomery Kone. Solicitation is full and open competition. Contract term is one year beginning February 2007 with four one-year options. Contractor's submitting offers shall have a minimum of five years experience servicing equipment similar to that covered under this solicitation.
