- NSN: 5342-00-340-4293, Bracket Assembly, Door Actuator. An Export Control Technical Data Package (TDP) Exists for this NSN. The TDP will only be released to Export Control Certified requestors. Eligible requestors should submit TDP requests Via the following website: HTTPS: // RIC1S-C025.DSCR.DLA.MIL/TDMD. If export control certification is required, request a DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, from the Defense Logistics Services center, WWW.DLIS.DLA.MIL. Sampling for inspection and testing shall be IAW ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2003. Any alternate plan must be approved by the PCO. A sampling plan that accepts on zero defects is required. Any defective item discovered after shipment may be cause for rejection of the entire contract quantity. A Boeing Rights Guard Technical Data Package Exists for this NSN. Prior to obtaining a copy of the TDP, a completed DSCR form P42, certification for the use of rights guard technical data must be submitted to the Defense Supply Center Richmond, ATTN: DSCR-VADC (Rights Guard Program), Richmond, VA 23297-5604. P42 Form and TDP are available at the following DSCR website: HTTPS: //RICIS-C025.DSCR.DLA.MIL/TDMD. FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance Destination. Requested delivery is 90 days ARO. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. The solicitation will result in a fixed price contract with a 100% quantity option. The NSN will be solicited 100% Small Business set-aside. Pricing will be evaluated on the best valued price of 220 parts including a 100% quantity option price of 220 parts. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is November 11, 2006. Effective June 1, 1998, Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
