Description

ACQUISITION OF SATELLITE TRUCK FOR AVIAN INFLUENZA DETECTION INCIDENT. USDA is seeking the services of vendors that can provide a video satellite truck capable of capturing video and audio at the actual site anywhere in the 50 United States and transmit from that location the audio and video to a satellite; a crew to man the truck (excluding a videographer); time on a satellite to receive the audio and video feed from the truck at the actual site and time to download the ?uploaded? audio and video. We do not know when or where we will require the truck, crew, and satellite time. We could need it anytime, anywhere in the 50 United States. Vendor to guarantee to deliver to us a video truck, crew, and satellite time at any location in the 50 United States on 12 or 24 hours notice. Provide capability information, price listings, etc. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION CURRENTLY AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.
