- Description
- This is a special notice as the Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration(NOAA) plans to negotiate a single source purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures with the University of Delaware, Newark, Delaware under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253c(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This purchase order will be procured in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, through Federal Acquisition Circular(FAC) 2005-12. The purpose of this acquisition is to procure special precipitation chemistry measurement services and supporting information for samples and precipitation depths for the atmospheric integrated research monitoring network. A twelve(12) month purchase order is planned. A justification for other than full and open competition (JOFOC) is on file. Reference number: NRMAC000-7-00011.
