Description

The Food and Drug Administration intends to award a Purchase Order for the items below. The requirement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 13.5. This is combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement contitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number is FDA-SOL-06-00370. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quote. The Food and Drug Administration is soliciting the following items: 1. SMARTCYCLER SYSTEM 1 UNIT UPGRADES - PROCESSING BLOCK W/16 INDEPENDENT REACTION SITES EACH WITH 4-COLOR OPTICAL EXCITATION AND DETECTION, USB CABLE 2. SMARYCYCLER SYSTEM 1 UNIT UPGRADES - PROCESSING BLOCK W/16 INDEPENDENT REACTION SITES EACH WITH 4-COLOR OPTICAL EXCITATION AND DETECTION, USB CABLE, FOB SHIPPING POINT.
