Brand Name Only Digital Colorflow Ultrasound system as follows: Toshiba NEMIO 30 Digital Colorflow Ultrasound System with Cardiac/Vascular/OB Calculations packages (Toshiba #SSA-550A-30); Toshiba 6.0/4.2/3.0T5.0/T4.6 Mhz, Convex Transducer (Toshiba #PVM-375AT); Toshiba 11.0/9.0/6 Mhz, Linear Array Transducer (Vascular/Small Parts applications) (Toshiba #PLM-703AT); Sony B/W Small Format High Resolution Thermal Printer (Sony #UP-897MD); One day Initial System Set-up/On-site Training; and one-year OEM Warranty (parts/labor/travel and one preventative maintenance inspection, visit/year). The Request for Quote (RFQ #PPI60330) will be issued as full and open competition (brand name only) and may be requested by submitting, in writing, company name, address, point of contact, and telephone number to point of contact listed below. Faxed or emailed requested are acceptable. The due date for quotations is no later than September 25, 2006. The NAICS Code/Size is 334516/500EM.
