- RFQ-NLM-06-196-UHP AMENDMENT TWO (2) This amendment is in response to questions received via email. #20. On page 15 of the general information section, you state that the response must not exceed 15 pages. Does this apply just to the technical approach section? For the total proposal to be less than 15 pages, we will be extremely limited on details of past performance, cost breakdown, and resumes. Answer: We could not count resumes in the 15 page response. #21. On page 2 of the Statement of Work you refer to a website for approved products on the enterprise architecture for NIH. We looked at this list and found that it is two years old. Some of the products listed are obsolete and/or have changed names. Is an updated list available? Answer: This is the most up to date list we have #22. Is IBM Content Manager an approved product for the NIH enterprise architecture? An updated list might show if it is or not. Answer: My understanding is that this page http://enterprisearchitecture.nih.gov/ArchLib/AT/TA/WebContentManagementSystemBrick.htm is the most current CIT/NIH has to offer, so if you don?t find it on the list you could use the contact link on the site to ask for an update.
