- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in accordance with FAR Part 12. No other solicitation will be issued; quotations are being requested via this notice. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement to procure the following items: Everfocus Digital Video Recorders (DVR), Model #EDSR-400H/250, with 250GB HD, four camera unit, TCP/IP connectivity, 120 VAC (Quantity 50); EverFocus DVR, Extra 250GB HD (Quantity 50); EverFocus DVR, External HD Reader, Model #EPR-100 (Quantity 30); and NetGear 5 Port Gigabit Ethernet Switch, # GS105 (Quantity 30). Shipping must be FOB Destination to Sterling, VA 20166. This is a firm-fixed price requirement. The following provisions and clauses are incorporated into this solicitation by reference and no addenda apply: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial; FAR 52-212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; and FAR 52-212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Status or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. Vendors must register in the Central Contractor Registration Database (www.ccr.gov) prior to award. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible vendor meeting all the requirements listed above at the lowest price on an all or none basis.
