- The Department of Justice, Justice Management Division, intends to award a sole source purchase order to NETIQ Corporation, 3553 North First Street, San Jose, CA 95134 to obtain the services of a NetIQ consultant to lend their expertise on the implementation, deployment and training on Net IQ's proprietary network management software. Interested parties may identify their capabilities by submitting a proposal to include technical qualifications, experience and pricing and any other pertinent information to Patricia Raines-Belcher, Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement will be based upon responses to this notice and is solely within discretion of the Government. No telephone inquires will be accepted. Contractors must indicate their interest or provide a quotation by the closing date of this announcement which is September 18, 2006.
