Description: The United States Marshals Service, District of Montana, intends to issue a contract to McKesson Medmanagement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is for the dispensing of prisoner medical prescriptions in the Montana county of Yellowstone. The detention facility in this county has an Intergovernmental Agreement with the United States Marshals Service and contracts with McKesson Medmanagement to provide all comprehensive prisoner medical services, including prescription medication.
