Description
The Portland VA Medical Center intends to purchase an Oculus SDI (Stereoscopic Diagonal Inverter) BIOM (Binocular Indirect Ophthalmo Microscope) Wide Angle Viewing System for Zeiss Opmi 6 Scope. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1? for a brand source requirement for Occulas. The system must provide non-contact fundus observation. Contact systems are NOT acceptable This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. NAICS Code 423460, This procurement consists of purchase of the following items: </P> <OL> <LI> #54820, SDI 3C Electronic Inverters (quantity of one) <LI> #54200 Biom 3C Electronic Focussing (quantity of 2) <LI> #54124, Biom Adapter (quantity of 2) <LI> #50101, Dovetail for Zeiss Opmi-6 (quantity of 1) <LI> #54893, Transformer, Power 6V (quantity of 1) <LI> #54899, Cord, Power Extension (quantity of 1) <LI> #50001, BIOM Sterilization Case (quantity of 2) <LI> #54881, Footswitch for SDI-3 Electronic (quantity of 1) <LI> #54885, Extension Cable, Footswitch (quantity of 1) <LI> #86021, Blitz Cleaner & Lubricant (quantity of 1) <LI> #40205, Biom Pack, 6 sets (quantity 1) < </OL> This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. Any firm that believes it has a product that can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within ten (10) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
