The space needs to be ready for occupancy within 120 days of signing lease. Less time is a plus. Suitable for a Primary Care Clinic, with waiting room, admin area and exam space. ADA Compliant. Within walking distance of a TriMet or Max Line Stop. (Walking distance is defined as 2 blocks.) A distance of 1 block or less is a plus. Adequate parking space available.
