- Description
- The contractor will assist the Airman and Family Readiness Flight (AFRF) staff in providing a full range of readiness services in the following areas: transition assistance, spouse employment, relocation, financial and family life information, and family readiness to authorized patrons who are seeking assistance in the Discovery Center at the AFRF. Responsible for answering the phone in the Discovery Center and making appointments for AFRF Personnel Provide technical assistance to users of the Discovery Center, assisting in the operation of computer-based programs, as specified in requirements below, and other programs available in the Discovery Center. Serve as initial point of contact for all Discovery Center software, hardware, and user problems to include network issues. If the contractor cannot resolve the problem he/she should contact the Work Group Manager (WGM) for assistance.
