Description

Contractor shall furnish all necessary plant, labor, tools, transportation, supplies, supervision, equipment, materials and incidentals necessary to install AC to room 109 and 110, Bldg 3453. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS Code is 238220 size standard $13 million. This acquisition is set-aside for Small Business, and is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (PL 100-656). Performance period is 30 calendar days after receipt of NTP. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The estimated posting date to the FedBizOps website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov) of the Request For Quote will be 12 Sep 06. The site visit will be on or about (O/A) 18 Sep 06, and Proposal Due date O/A 22 Sep 06, the exact dates will be included in the RFQ when posted to FBO. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 and 252.232-7009 in order to receive award.
