- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F2XTR56221A100 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR 13. The solicitation document and incorporation provisions and clause are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-12, AFAC 2006-0515, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement, and Defense Change Notice (DCN) 20060808. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code is 337214 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. CLIN 0001 Contractor to provide all plant, labor, material, and equipment to move all equipment, files, identified office furniture, and boxed miscellaneous office materials between/within Bldg 868, Bldg 856, Bldg 884, Bldg 888, and Bldg 889 on Gunter Annex-Maxwell AFB. Contractor will remove boxes and packaging materials upon completion of move. The contractor is to provide boxes for personal desk items and files to the government personnel. The contractor will move the filled boxes along with the other items listed. The government personnel will pack and unpack the boxes.
