Description
LOGIC ANALYZERS. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA8601-06-T-0201 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The associated NAICS is 334515. This RFQ is being conducted as a commercial item procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13). This RFQ has one (1) line item. This acquisition is for two (2) Logic Analyzers with the following minimum requirements. Logic Analyzers: 1. Must have built-in 15" or larger LCD touch display 2. Must support 102 single-ended channel probes at 4GHz timing with 250Mhz to 450MHz or faster state analysis 3. Must offer full connection to an external workstation through the Ethernet under Windows XP and Linux 4. Must support probing and debugging of Application Specific Integrated Circuits and Xilinx Field Programmable Gate Array families including Virtex II Pro, Virtex 4, Spartan II, Spartan 3 and Spartan 3E series FPGAs 5. The FPGA support must allow the monitoring of Xilinx development boards such as the ML310 or ML410 through a 38-pin Mictor connector, and interface with Xilinx ChipScope Pro 6. Must support monitoring through a JTAG interface. Delivery is required within 12 weeks from date of award. FOB point is Destination (Wright-Patterson AFB). All quotes submitted shall be valid for a period of 90 days. Quotes submitted must contain a statement to that effect. Quote packages should include price quote for delivery of proposed items to Wright-Paterson Air Force Base Ohio, 45433-7765 (FOB Destination), delivery date and descriptive literature to allow a complete evaluation of the equipment being offered to determine if it meets minimum requirements, and a list of utility requirements necessary for operation of the offered equipment. A technical description of the items being offered shall be submitted in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the minimum requirements. Responding contractors shall include quotations and descriptive literature with their response to allow the government to make a complete evaluation and appraisal of the offering with respect to the requirements set forth in this combined synopsis solicitation and the salient characteristics. THE CONTRACTING OFFICER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOCATING OR OBTAINING ANY INFORMATION NOT IDENTIFIED IN THE QUOTE. Include manufacturer?s name, model number, and specifications in your quote. All contractors responding to this solicitation shall include a written line by line response to this specification. Each item response to be specified and detailed enough to allow full evaluation of the equipment offered and its capabilities. Responses that merely state they can provide the required equipment will not be considered adequate and will not be included. The Government will make an award from this request for quotation to the responsible quoter whose quote will be most advantageous to the Government. The Government reserves the right to not make an award at all.
