NSN: 4940-00-693-2722 NOUN: Spray Outfit, Corrision PART #:MIL-S-4953 NAICS: 333912 BASIC QTY: 2 DESCRIPTION: Dimensions and tolerances not specified, shall be as close as is consistent with best shop practices. The spray outfit shall be designed to apply a hot corrosion-preventative mixture or hot preoiling fluid under hydraulic pressure to the internal parts of aircraft engines by means of a spray gun or preoiling adapters. Predominant Material of Manufacture: Metals shall be of the corrosion-resistant type or shall be suitably protected to resist corrosion during normal service life. Avoid aluminum and magnesium. The solicitation document contains information that has been designated as "Militarily Critical Technical Data." Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may have a copy of the solicitation document.
