- **** The purpose of this modification is to specify the number of officials for each sport. Football - 3 Officials Volleyball - 2 Officials, 1 Scorekeeper Basketball - 2 Officials, 2 Scorekeepers Softball - 2 Umpires per field, 1 Scorekeeper per field, 2 fields This is a presolicitation notice for a Sports Official for Buckley AFB, Aurora, CO. This is a notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 5.101(a)(2), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS PROCUREMENT IS BASED UPON THE AVAILABLITY OF FUNDS, FAR clause 52.232-18 will be included in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued on or around 31 Aug 06. The solicitation number is FA2543-06-T-0019 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation closing date is 13 Sep 06 with an estimated award date of 01 Oct 2006. This procurement is being issued as a 100% small business set aside. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if received in time, must be considered by the agency.
